Facebook has launched a brand new mobile layout for its Pages offering to brands, the 1st product Facebook has redesigned for mobile first, before desktop.
The redesign is meant to make it easier for a business’ current and potential customers to engage with a Page on mobile devices, with a streamlined action-oriented interface, Essentially the mostsome of the most relevant business details and how one can interact – including Like, Call, Message, and Share – have all been moved to the end of the Page, in order that users see them first.
For Page owners, the update also introduces the facility to pin selected posts, and enables switching between public and admin views of the Page from their mobile device.
The update is rolling out immediately to iOS and the mobile web, with Android promised to follow shortly.
