Chinese Telecom Operators to Award Contracts to Fastest Mobile Networks

Beginning this year, Chinese telecom operators will begin awarding contracts to “super-fast mobile networks,” consistent with a piece of writing published by Reuters.

China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, China’s three mobile operators, will spend a combined 345b yuan on network upgrades this year, inclusive of substantial investment in 4G. The primary sizeable contract from China Mobile will put 41.7b yuan into 200,000 4G base stations. According to analyst information, the object states: “Whether Europe-based network providers can grab a sizeable piece of that depends largely on whether the method for awarding 4G contracts in China follows the pattern set for the 3G ones.”
