Payment solution provider CHARGE Anywhere has introduced a smartphone EMV payment acceptance solution for BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry Legacy devices, first demonstrated in the course of the BlackBerry Live Conference in Orlando on 15, May.

The solution works by converting a BlackBerry phone into an EMV POS terminal using a Bluetooth enabled EMV/Chip and PIN smart card reader.
